Shrugging off heated arguments about "national sovereignty," Iraq's lawmakers finally moved to redefine the country's relationship with the United States.
After months of negotiations and political theater, the two nations have an agreement that calls for U.S. troop withdrawal as well as establishes a framework for bilateral cooperation in the years ahead.
